For years, Marek created music and visual projects. But more than the stage, he was always drawn to the energy of people gathered around one table. In the family business, he led tastings, workshops, and open-air street food events. At KAMIN, he sets the rhythm of the evening, shapes the atmosphere, and makes sure everything feels just right.
KAMIN began as a new chapter. Born from the desire to cook the dishes we grew up with, only now seeing them through new eyes. We’re two brothers cut from the same dough. We grew up in the Beskydy hills, where cooking was honest, seasonal, and never dressed up for show. But each of us carried that taste somewhere else. And somewhere between the mountains and the city, KAMIN came to life.
